Especially, main research areas are developing eco-friendly scrubbers that decontaminate toxic gases generated from manufacturing plants for semiconductors, displays, and other electronic appliances then discharge them in the inert form to the general ecosystem and chillers that precisely control the temperatures in core parts of production facilities to maintain the performance and product yield at the optimal level.
