  1. UNISEM will ensure confidentiality of the person who has reported unethical conduct and protect from any disadvantageous treatment or retaliation due to report, filing a complaint, providing statement or resources.

  2. UNISEM will not, under any circumstances impose unfair or unjust treatment on the persons who filed a report on unethical conduct, provided inquiries on compliance, or participated in the internal investigation.

  3. UNISEM will take any necessary and reasonable measures if the person who filed a report requests protective measures as well as anonymity in an attempt to avoid disadvantageous treatment due to reporting.
